Key Functions/Responsibilities
. Create and review the marketing division operational plan in consultation with Director Business Innovations & Strategic Relations;
. Develop the Marketing Division Financial Budget in consultation with Director BISR and Finance Manager;
. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns;
. Managing all marketing for the Institute and activities within the marketing division
. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with Institute’s objectives;
. Managing and improving, planning and implementing promotional campaigns in consultation with Manager Regional Centres, Public Service Agencies and external clients & stakeholders;
. Work closely with the ICT & Library Service Manager to ensure the Institute branding & Services is communicated and promoted through the website and e-library;
. Maintain effective internal & external communications for Institute’s products and services;
. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for Institute;
. Mentoring, appraising and training of junior officers and other duties as advised by the Director - Business Innovation & Strategic Relations.
